Who we are
ArkBooking (arkbooking.net) provides software that lets businesses publish booking and ordering pages ("Spaces") and manage customers.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, keeping your password safe and for the content you publish on your Space.
Payments
Payments between businesses and their customers are processed by third-party providers or settled directly between them. We are not a party to those transactions.
Acceptable use
Do not publish unlawful, misleading or harmful content, impersonate others or attempt to access other businesses' data.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with notice. You can close your account at any time and export your data.
